Southern Safety & Supply is committed to our customers! We will offer the highest quality in equipment and supplies with a knowledgeable service department to support these products.
We would like to take a few moments to go over our Terms & Conditions, Payment Terms, Pricing and Specifications, Shipping, Damaged Shipment, Risk of Loss and Return Policies.
Terms and Conditions: Acceptance of buyer's order is conditioned upon buyer's assent to the following terms and conditions, and any inconsistent provisions of any purchase order or other writing shall not constitute a part of the contract of sale. If any of these terms and conditions is not acceptable to buyer, Southern Safety & Supply, Inc. must be notified promptly.
Payment Terms: Open account terms of net 30 days from date of invoice are extended to firms upon approved credit application. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Pricing and Specifications: All prices reflect the buyer's new cost in U.S. currency. Prices do not include in-bound freight. Prices do not include freight, applicable federal, state and local taxes, charges and duties. Buyer shall pay all such cost. Prices, colors and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Shipping: Free Delivery on all orders over $800.00 on standard ground service…all orders shipped to locations in the contiguous U.S. Additional charges may occur with special handling needs. Orders for drop shipments; equipment repairs will be billed FOB original shipping point. Our shipping policy is designed to give you the best possible rate. With that in mind, our experts calculate shipping after the order is placed to ensure accuracy and speed. Note: A separate charge for shipping cost will be processed to the authorized credit card used for purchase.
Damaged Shipment, Risk of Loss: Buyer should inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. You should notify Southern Safety, we will file a damage claim for goods shipped via a carrier of our choice, issue credit for the damaged goods and ship an immediate replacement.
Return Policies: If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with a product you receive from Southern Safety & Supply, call for shipping instructions and return it within 30 days for a full credit. The return of custom and made-to-order products is subject to prior approval and return goods policy of the manufacturer. Buyer must contact Southern Safety & Supply for confirmation and shipping instructions prior to returning any products. All returns must be shipped prepaid, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit or refund. Products not returned within 30 days of receipt will be subject to restocking charges.
